The Short-term Consumer Accounts Processing Specialist provides administrative and customer support to Businessolver clients, and business partners in support of Businessolver Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care (DCA) benefit plans. This role ensures accurate data entry into administrative systems; to support compliance with all applicable local, state and federal benefit regulations.

The Important Stuff:

  • This is a short-term (temporary role) that will last roughly 3 – 4 months (and potentially longer)
  • In this role you will average 20-25 hours per week
  • Start date will be December 9th 2024
  • Hourly Rate is $17.00 per hour
  • Businessolver is a work form home environment…you can perform this role from any state within the U.S.!!!

The Gig:

  • Evaluate and process Health Care and Dependent Care FSA claims
  • Respond to and/or contact client, client employee and colleagues as directed or required to resolve FSA product related inquiries, issues or escalations
  • Research, analyze and integrate data to provide information on claim administration
  • Ensure relevant employee and claim data is synchronized between Businessolver and third-party systems
  • Identify, research and resolve FSA plan balance discrepancies

What You Need to Make the Cut:

  • Data Entry Skills/Speed of Entry
  • Basic Mathematical skills
  • Previous experience in FSA Administration is ideal
  • Experience working in a HR Outsourcing or Benefits Administration is also ideal

  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures in a timely, accurate manner
  • Ability to create and comprehend reports and spreadsheets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and under pressure of deadlines
  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

This is a non-benefit eligible short-term role.
