How you can help make a better world of work

Culture Amp is currently looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist in our payroll team  to  lead our  payroll processing for  the US, Germany & UK regions.    You will support the ever increasing number of employees we’re looking to hire and expand into new regions globally. You will be involved in multiple aspects of payroll for our Australian and international entities as well as leading multiple large scale projects that will ensure we are best positioned for our continued growth. 

As part of this team of amazing humans,

You will

  • Own the payroll processing for US, Germany and UK
  • Lead the charge in  completing end-of-month payroll accounting tasks 
  • Partner closely with our People & Experience and IT teams to ensure our system integrations are working properly
  • Partner with our People & Experience team to ensure our Benefits are administered correctly in payroll
  • Assist with payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy

You have

  • Minimum  5-6 years of proven experience processing US, UK and Global payrolls across other regions
  • Experience using ADP Workforce in the US and strong Excel skills (VLookups, SUMifs, Pivot tables and other formulas).  Preferred experience with ADP iHCM
  • Understanding of accounting, taxation and finance concepts as it relates to payroll

You are

  • Strong in payroll processing skills in the US & UK and have processed Global payrolls previously 
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members based in different time zones  in North America, Australia, and the UK) (, and with the wider Finance team based in Melbourne.
  • Adaptable to a fast paced and changing work environment while remaining detail focused with a high level of accuracy.
  • Enthusiastic, strong work ethic and motivated to learn.
  • flexible with your working hours to ensure sufficient / maximum crossover with the US/AU/UK.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process. Base Salary Range (US)
$115,000$132,000 USD
