Job description

UX/UI Designer

We are seeking 2 talented and experienced UX/UI designers to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and be able to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user interface and user experience.
Multi-lingual Design: Experience in designing for Arabic and English languages is preferred, including considerations for language direction, text layout, and cultural nuances.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members utilizing agile methodologies to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
Information Architecture: Structure and organize content logically and intuitively, considering user flow and interaction patterns.
Visual Design: Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces, including layout, typography, colour palettes, and iconography utilizing existing customer design guides.
Responsive Design: Ensure the designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices.
Testing and Iteration: Participate in usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs and improve the overall user experience.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with multi-lingual design, particularly Arabic and English, is a plus.
Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver

Start date: The project will start 10th of January 2025

Location: Work will primarily be remote but there will be on-site requirements from time to time.
