主要工作职责:
1. 责达成所辖区域内的销售目标及执行市场促销计划,包括收集、反馈市场信息;
2. 与代理商合作,有计划地拜访客户,及时反馈设备使用状况,协调客户的意见与需求;
3. 组织眼科学术会等相关会议,推动产品销售;
4. 培训与管理代理商的销售队伍。
5. 完成上级主管分配的工作任务
工作要求:
1.大专或以上学历,眼科或机电工程专业为佳。眼科专业背景优先考虑。有外资企业销售技巧培训经历。
2. 具有四年或以上医疗器械的销售经验,有外资企业工作背景者优先考虑;
3. 具备出色的销售意识以及较强地判断能力;
4. 良好地沟通协调能力;
5. 诚信正直,较强的工作责任心,能承受较强的工作压力;
6. 具有团队合作及吃苦耐劳精神。
7. 熟练操作MS Office;
8. 良好的英语能力。
