About the Role
The Revenue Operations organization is at the intersection of Marketing, Account Development, Sales, Services, and Finance. It encompasses Sales & Marketing Operations, Deal Strategy, Technology, Analytics, and Incentive Compensation. The Revenue Technology team is responsible for implementing the GTM strategy with regards to system administration, infrastructure, and security.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Technology, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for shaping and implementing our marketing operations strategy and roadmap, while leading cross-functional collaboration for seamless execution. The successful candidate in this role will also have the opportunity to lead an offshore team of system administrators.
What You'll DoMaintain and improve our Marketing technology stack to enhance operational efficiency and deliver quality MQLs.Drive prioritization to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap, balancing immediate requirements with our long-term vision.Serve as an internal technical authority and consultant, overseeing and optimizing marketing tools like Marketo and Salesforce and how they integrate with each other.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional internal presence and ability to collaborate effectively.Design and maintain systems, including Bizable, to monitor performance against KPIs; engaging all platform teams in evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.Monitor performance across MQLs, SQLs, conversion ratios, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. Continuously develop insights, make recommendations, and implement optimizations to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects.Manage the health of our database and lead management process, including segmentation, scoring, and ensuring alignment with sales goals.Your Background 5+ years of experience in global B2B marketing, specializing in marketing operations, tools, and analytics. Marketo experience is required.Deep understanding of database structure, data hygiene, reporting/analytics, and attribution, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting and Bizible.Strong analytical skills to extract insights and intelligence from marketing data.Proficiency in lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices.Proven experience in building, rebuilding, and governing multiple large marketing automation platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to improve processes.Knowledge of GDPR and similar Global regulations.This position is available either in-office or remote, as applicable, at the following locationsArizona - Remote Arkansas - RemoteCalifornia - Remote Connecticut - Remote Florida - Remote Georgia - Remote Idaho - Remote Illinois - Remote Maryland - Remote Massachusetts - Remote Michigan - RemoteMinnesota - Remote Missouri - Remote Montana - Remote Nevada - RemoteNew Hampshire - RemoteNew Jersey - Remote New York - Remote North Carolina - Remote Ohio - Remote Oregon - Remote Pennsylvania - Remote Tennessee - RemoteTexas - Remote Utah - Remote Virginia - Remote Washington - Remote Washington - SeattleWashington, D.C. - RemoteWisconsin - Remote#BI-RemoteBase salary range: $118,000 - $204,000 USD annually. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
