About the role
We are transitioning to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and require regional support to support both the transition and ongoing utilisation of these platforms. This role is critical in managing that migration while ensuring seamless marketing automation and campaign execution. This position will provide operational support to the regional marketing team, helping to streamline workflows and reporting to optimize marketing performance and budget management.
As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate with global operations team to represent APAC marketing and support the regional implementation of SFMC and SFDC ensuring data accuracy, journey and content migration, campaign journeys, creation and review of new templates, and more.
- Set up and automate marketing campaigns, workflows, and sequences to enable smooth execution across the APAC region.
- Build, maintain, and optimize campaign templates to support regional marketing efforts.
- Develop and run regular reports to track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and overall system usage.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to monitor marketing performance, ensure accurate budget tracking, and provide insights to improve spend efficiency.
- Support the regional marketing team by troubleshooting system issues and optimizing workflows for campaign execution.
What experience/qualities you need to bring with you
- 4 years of experience in marketing operations, with hands-on experience in SFMC and SFDC.
- Direct experience with managing a Marketing Automation platform migration would be highly beneficial.
- Technical skills in building and optimizing marketing workflows, templates, and automation processes within SFMC.
- Experience in data management and reporting, with the ability to present actionable insights.
- High attention to detail, especially in ensuring data accuracy and seamless campaign execution.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams, representing APAC and providing clear insights and support to those teams and back to the region.
- A practical, hands-on approach with a proactive mindset for identifying and solving operational challenges.
