We are looking for a full-time Senior Solutions Consultant EMEA to join our Sales Team with a focus primarily on the EMEA market working in our EMEA Solutions Consulting team.
You will bridge the lines between sales, marketing strategy and technology. You will work with a team of smart professionals to understand our prospective clients’ challenges and opportunities and translate those into the compelling overall solution that parcelLab can deliver. The Solutions Consultant role is the perfect blend for candidates who enjoy bringing together business and technology to deliver valuable outcomes and solutions.

As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working location. Therefore, you can work from our Munich office or remotely within Europe.
What you can expect: Tell the story of how to revolutionize the post-purchase experience to help companies make customer for lifeUnderstand each customer's business challenges and connect these with parcelLab solutionsDeliver highly customized presentations and demonstrations that focus on business impact and value for our customersWork in close collaboration with other departments including product management, engineering, customer success and marketing to ensure the parcelLab product continues to meet the evolving needs of both our clients and the marketplaceSupport the sales team by providing input to proposals and RFP responsesEarn customer and partner trust through solution and technical expertiseWhat you need to succeed: 5-10 years in a solutions consulting or sales engineering (pre-sales) role for a highly-technical product, ideally within a B2B SaaS companyProven experience closing new business by leveraging a value-based sales methodology (i.e. value message framework, command of the message, Miller-Heiman, etc.)A deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and retail technologies that support customer experience and/or fulfillmentA strong technical aptitude and knowledge with an appetite to grow and develop quicklyExecutive presence and the ability to situationally develop link to the value parcelLab drives within each client’s businessPassionate and confident public speaker that is able to convey complex concepts and points of view to both business & technical audiencesEqual competence and comfort listening to client challenges and opportunitiesA curious nature and the ability to probe and question if a professional mannerAble to work under pressureLegally authorized to work in the location you are applying to work fromStrong written and verbal communication skills - knowledge of German is highly desired.
