Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in advanced Excel, Taxation, GST compliance, and data visualization using Tableau. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and meaningful data insights to support strategic decision-making.

Experience - 4 to 7 Years

Location - Delhi /Pune (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Taxation and GST Compliance: Manage and oversee tax filing, ensure compliance with GST regulations, and prepare accurate tax returns. Stay updated with changes in tax laws to ensure compliance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros) to analyze financial data, create forecasts, and provide actionable insights.
• Data Visualization: Use Tableau to create dashboards and visual reports, presenting complex financial data in a clear, digestible format for various stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting process, perform variance analyses, and contribute to financial forecasting.
• Internal Audits: Assist with internal audits, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, ensure alignment on financial policies, and provide financial insights for business decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus).
• Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting roles, with a focus on taxation, GST, and data visualization.

Technical Skills: 

• Excel: Advanced proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and macros.
• GST and Taxation: Strong understanding of GST compliance and tax regulations.
• Tableau: Proven experience in creating visual dashboards and reports.
• Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly.
