As an Associate Technical Lead (Frontend), you’ll teach and guide our teams to provide secure, reliable, high performing solutions. You’ll collaborate with product owners, technical experts and end-users to deliver the best possible solutions. As a key member of the team, you'll engage in transforming ideas, completing new features, changing existing features and handling entirely new systems.
In this role, you’ll be accountable for the success of your products while solving significant customer needs. You'll also mentor junior developers, providing detailed code reviews and recommendations. Ultimately, your ability to identify gaps in existing product offerings and provide solutions, will drive technological success!
This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- Proficient in frontend development
- Experience with JavaScript framework, React, Vue or similar
- Experience working with AWS, Azure/ Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions will be an advantage.
- Well-versed in multiple key product components and maintaining capability in core problem domains such as web, mobile, data, or systems programming.
- Hands-on experience in applying performance, unit, and integration testing to prove resilience.
- Thorough knowledge of building as per user requirements.
