Job Details:

  • The digital product executive is responsible for contributing to the vision and delivery of the digital product. From the initial inception, right through to post-live impact assessments, the digital product executive will help manage the elements needed to improve Hastings’ new business sales journey.   
  • This position helps to increase the commercial performance and customer satisfaction of the new business digital journeys for Hastings. Reporting into the Digital Product Manager, this role focuses on the development and optimisation of the Hastings group websites. 
  • You will be expected to own key development items and projects that are strategically aimed to improve customer outcomes and sales performance. This will include identifying opportunities to grow conversion and improve commercial return. 
  • This is a hybrid opportunity based at one of our three office locations in Bexhill, London or Leicester. You will be expected in the office once per week.

Skills we would love you to have:

  • creativity, curiosity and passion for building digital capabilities.
  • Commercially focussed, analytically minded individual who is enthusiastic about ecommerce, digital marketing and customer conversion.
  • Ability to work well under tight timescales, to effectively handle multiple and concurrent demands.
  • High attention to detail, both from a numerical and literacy perspective.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
