Job Description

Where You'll Work: Hungary (remote)

As a Product-Led/eCommerce Growth Analyst, you will be a key member of the growth team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across the entire growth funnel—from user acquisition to activation, retention, and expansion. Your insights will drive decision-making and influence strategies that improve product performance, customer experience, and revenue growth.

You will get hands-on with data to understand key drivers of performance and use your analytical skills to build forecasting models that help predict growth and identify opportunities for optimization. This role is ideal for someone with a background in entrepreneurship or SaaS growth and a desire to roll up their sleeves to work deep in the data.

Your Day to Day
As a Product-Led/eCommerce Growth Analyst, you would be working on:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (e.g., product usage, web analytics, marketing, sales, and customer feedback) to understand user behavior and growth trends.
  • Analyze the entire growth funnel, including user acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and churn, to identify opportunities for optimization and experimentation.
  • Build and maintain forecast models to predict growth performance and track KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and more.
  • Conduct cohort analysis to track user behavior over time and identify patterns that influence growth.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to optimize conversion rates and user experience, as well as provide actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

As a Product-Led/eCommerce Growth Analyst, your background will look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and eCommerce growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar as well as knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and cohort analysis.
  • Familiarity with growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, and funnel analysis.
