We currently have an opening for a Family Care Advisor- Preneed. This is a remote position that supports Tulip’s home office in San Francisco. This position sells pre-need cremation services following the goals established by sales management. You will be dialing outbound (and taking inbound calls) to customers who have requested more information about arranging pre-need cremation services for themselves or a loved one. Our goal is to educate families about our service and how we can be the solution for their family’s needs at the time of death. Then, sign them up for our pre-need plan with payment over the phone.
 
Overview & Qualifications: 

  • Sell pre-need cremation contracts and merchandise following established sales objectives and procedures
  • Complete contracts and other documents as required to provide sales and customer services under Company policies
  • Attend sales meetings and group sales activities as directed. 
  • Consultative selling approach to educate families utilizing a call flow to guide 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong preference for some formal training in business or business-related areas
  • Experience in commissioned sales is strongly preferred
  • Insurance license or the ability to obtain an insurance license (depending on the funding mechanism for the product sold)
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clear driving record
  • Must have the ability to travel independently
