Job description

Position Overview:
We’re looking for skilled Refrigeration Technicians to join our team on a full-time, year-round basis. As a Refrigeration Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and servicing refrigeration systems for our clients in the supermarket and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service a variety of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, and rack units.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment independently with minimal supervision.
  • Follow safety guidelines, using proper protective equipment.
  • Provide service to clients in a 24/7 on-call environment as needed.
  • Work with refrigerants, including 507, 404A, 448, 449, and CO2.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/refrigeration.
  • Proven ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems.
  • Technical training through an apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • EPA Certification.
