Overview
The Structured Credit Services Specialist is the primary point of contact for the clients. In addition, the Specialist manages the overall relationship with those clients, particularly as it pertains to the monthly compliance reporting and quarterly note valuation reporting. Portfolio Accounting Analysts support the Specialists by managing the cash transactions, trade settlements and preparation of nightly reporting.

What You’ll Do
Primary point of contact for approximately 10 Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV)
Produce monthly/quarterly investor reporting packages. Must have intimate knowledge of all issued reports
Communicate with underwriters, investment managers, rating agencies and bondholders
Close interaction with Deutsche Bank Operations
Maintain each SPV's annual compliance requirements (Accountant's Reports, Issuer's Certifications, etc)
How You’ll Lead
Skills You’ll Need
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics preferred
Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles
General understanding of structured credit products
Advanced MS Excel abilities - Comfortable with complex formulas and modelling techniques
Fluent in English
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong written/verbal communication skill
Strong organizational skills
Competent in all MS Office products
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the California or New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California and New York City is $83,070 to $141,275. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
