Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in providing essential back-office support. If you are organized, proficient in English and Spanish, and possess a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Filing Paperwork:
Organize and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
Ensure accurate labeling and categorization of documents for efficient record-keeping.
2. Sorting Emails:
Manage incoming emails, categorize and prioritize messages, and assist with organizing the inbox.
Forward relevant emails to appropriate team members for timely response.
3. Maintaining Spreadsheets:
Create, update, and manage spreadsheets with accurate data, and formatting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
4. Conducting Light Research:
Assist in gathering information and data for various projects and tasks.
Summarize findings and present information in an organized manner.
5. Creating Itineraries:
Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries for team members as needed.
Ensure all travel plans are accurate, efficient, and align with company guidelines.

Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in English and Spanish:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are essential.
2. Detail Oriented:
Meticulous attention to detail when organizing and managing documents and data.
3. Organized:
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
4. Able to Follow Instructions:
Capable of understanding and executing tasks as per provided instructions.
5. Self-Starter and Problem Solver:
Proactive approach to work, willingness to take initiative, and find solutions independently.
6. Based in Colombia:
Must be located in Colombia and available during the specified working hours.
7. Availability and Consistency:
Reliable availability during Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Time, with an hour unpaid break.
