Purpose of the Job

As a Customer Performance Principal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers related to our Interiors manufactured products . You will serve as the dedicated voice of the customer, coordinating across various functional groups within the company to meet and exceed customer expectations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this customer dedicated role, act as the aftermarket voice of the customer to support the customer requirements across various functional groups within the company. 

Take ownership of the customer success profile and ensure that the various functional groups are coordinated to produce a high levels of customer satisfaction for spares and repairs.

Attend customer meetings as required and communicate and problem resolution and customer support plans.

Collaborate with Master Scheduling teams to align open order books with operational capabilities and customer expectations.

Communicate customer-specific performance goals internally and externally, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Lead monthly integrated project team meetings focused on driving customer-focused improvements and addressing any project-related tasks.

Facilitate the flow of customer requirements and improvement initiatives through relevant internal groups.

Support business development efforts by enhancing customer On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.

Support pricing and catalog teams to develop pricing models and new catalog updates

Investigate and finalize liquidated damage claims, ensuring timely resolution and customer credits.

Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others

QUALIFICATIONS

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience in a customer-facing role within the aerospace or related industry.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year
