We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our Retail business and to develop effective business strategies and implement them via programs. Duties for the General Manager include strategy development, business planning and business execution through our functions. An entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing organizational productivity, improving service, exceeding business objectives and preparing a strategy for the future.
The successful candidate for this role is proven business focused leader with deep knowledge of how to win in PTC’s target markets and target geographies (Americas, Western EU, India, Japan, China, South Korea). The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy General Manager should account for all business activities, staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve ARR by aligning marketing with our GTM strategy, Free Cash Flow, improve relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for business performance (ARR) and productivity (Free Cash Flow).
- Team and resource development management.
- Overall responsibility for Retail operations.
- Developing and executing on go-to-market strategies
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Creating and managing business plans.
- Executing plans through PTC functions.
- Growing ARR.
- Expanding Profit and Free Cash Flow.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Acting as the face of PTC’s Retail business internally and to the market.
General Manager Requirements:
- Technical Undergraduate Degree in Science, Engineering or Computer Science
