Job description

The Contract Management Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing all documentation associated with payer reimbursement contracts to determine how that information should be input into the TruBridge Contact Management software. The analyst works closely with team members to ensure they have all necessary contract information and performs quality assurance analysis to confirm that terms are modeled correctly.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performs analysis, modeling, and data generation within Contract Management software using client provided contractual information.
  • Reviews and interprets payer contracts and associated documentation to ensure accurate modeling.
  • Proactively identifies errors within the Contract Management software’s calculations of contractual variances.
  • Communicates any issues associated with the modeling of the contracts to the appropriate team members or client contacts.
  • Must be able to articulate the complex Government reimbursement methodologies in a way that clients can understand.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Knowledge of Government Reimbursement Methodologies
  • High degree of self-motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to positively represent the company.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills, can work independently and has a high degree of critical thinking skills
  • 4-year degree in Healthcare or Finance or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Other industry Claim Scrubber or EHR experience
  • Professional Certifications
