The opportunity
Full lifecycle recruiting with a particular focus on Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other related GTM functions
Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to provide support, and advice and execute recruiting best practices
Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of sourcing methodologies including but not limited to LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, complex web searches and research
Report on sourcing channel measures of success and interpret the data to suggest the viability of sourcing strategies and improvements needed
Create and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates
Prepare offers, create strategic closing plans, negotiate compensation packages, and close candidates at all levels
Continuously contribute to the improvement and scaling of our recruiting processes, operations, and systems and the broader Talent Acquisition strategic planning process

At least 5 years and a strong track record of sales recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Deep understanding and experience recruiting for Cyber Security and Software Sales preferred
An understanding of sales functions, roles, and compensation structures
Proven ability to proactively engage candidates and manage them through the interview process
Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and problem-solving skills
Ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes
Skilled with multiple recruiting techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Gem, Goodtime.io, etc.)

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $105,000. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
