The Challenge

This is a superb opportunity to join a fast-growing team within Adobe Consulting! We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Creative Technical Consultant to work with our global customers within the Adobe Digital Marketing Consulting team.

The team is responsible for providing expert skills in the implementation of the Adobe Express solution offering, as well as integrating complementary enterprise solutions and clients' existing IT infrastructure. We encourage our team to be creative, collaborative and committed to delivering outstanding experiences for our customers.

The Technical Consultant works at multiple levels with customers and Adobe colleagues, delivering both implementation and post-implementation projects. Our customers have access to our Professional Services Subscription throughout their investment into certain Adobe products, meaning that our consultants stay engaged with them to ensure not just successful implementations, but successful business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Be an expert in our products both in Digital Media and Digital Experience, primarily Adobe Express and Adobes AI model; Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Gen Studio. Have an intimate understanding of its functionality, its technical capabilities, and how it delivers value.

• Be a specialist on Adobe products; an expert in the APIs; their uses and limitations, and a master of their SDKs

• Work with customers and your peers to understand and develop functional and technical requirements, build the implementation strategies and roadmaps, and own overall solution quality and value realization for the customer.

• Help customers to successfully adopt Adobe solutions after their implementation. This includes training end users and admins, proposing and delivering new use cases and working collaboratively with customers to prove the value of their investment with us.

• Align with the customer technical team and be an expert consultant on the technical aspect of the systems, including APIs and integration projects

• Communicate effectively across the customer's ecosystem (e.g. business owners, engineers, project operations, project managers, and product management).

• Partner with Project Managers, Business Consultants, and other Technical Consultants within our team to deliver great outcomes for your customers.

• Operate in a fast-paced delivery environment while owning multiple customer engagements in parallel.

• Be a vocal member of the team, contribute innovations, and new ways of working, challenge the status quo, and help us continually improve.

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in a Technical Consultant role.

• Knowledge of creative workflows and content management systems

• Experience in delivering Adtech/Martech integrations

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.

• An inquisitive mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and design pioneering solutions.

• An innovative thinker, and collaborative business partner, who is well-organized and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management.

• Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate complex business process/system topics effectively to senior stakeholders.

• Participate in Discovery sessions to identify business priorities and expectations of authoring experiences in CMS.

• Leading/participating in brainstorming sessions and having the ability to estimate efforts within the defined scope.

• Experience with any known CMS with functional knowledge of template editor and content author roles.

• Ability to understand and develop automation workflows leveraging automation tools like MS Power Automate

• Expertise in development, especially NODE JS and REACT JS.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

• Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
