Job description

In this role, you will support HTA submissions and price negotiation primarily in Germany, for specific products and their indications, ensuring timely alignment on strategy with affiliate and global teams. You will provide cross-functional input into the submission and negotiation strategy by working in conjunction with the medical and commercial team at an affiliate level as well as with Market Access and pricing at a global level.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Working with affiliate Market Access leads to ensure robust and timely HTA submissions to HTA bodies, primarily in Germany.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors for the preparation of dossiers according to §35a SGB V.

  • Developing Market Access strategies and providing strategic input into price-setting, supporting the local price negotiation process, and identifying innovative solutions for Market Access, including innovative pricing and contracting arrangements with national payers.

  • Supporting data analysis in areas of G-BA benefit assessment, access, pricing, and brand performance.

  • Monitoring the competitor environment on HTA outcomes and pricing developments.

  • Monitoring regional Market Access developments as well as governmental changes with implications for Regeneron products.

  • Supporting country teams to ensure each brand has appropriate Market Access plans in place to execute the global strategy within the context of the local payer environment.

  • Supporting and providing input to new indication or new product launches, assessing potential and value stories, and considering regulatory and label implications.

In order to be considered, you have experience in a Market Access and/or Pricing role in the pharmaceuticals or consultancy sector within a multi-disciplinary matrix context. You have first experience in delivering HTA submissions and you possess strong experience in devising and implementing Market Access strategies and achieving exceptional results for products. Ideally, you hold a post-graduate qualification such as an MBA, MSc, PhD, or equivalent. Good scientific awareness relative to drug development is required. Work experience in an international context and in the Immuno-Oncology therapeutic area is preferred but not mandatory.
