Job description

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

Within Adobe’s Digital Experience (DX) Cloud organization, we are laser focused on meeting our customers' needs. To best inform and prepare our customers to purchase an Adobe Digital Experience Solution, our Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) group works to better understand a customer’s business and technical requirements, map them to the right Digital Experience Cloud solutions, and paint the vision for their future state tech stack.

Solutions Consultants (SCs) are a team within the TPS group. Before a sale is made, the Solution Consultant plays a hybrid role of business consultant, technical sales counterpart, and Adobe DX technology expert acting as the trusted technical advisor for our customers as they embark on digital transformation initiatives and evaluate Adobe’s role within them.

As a Solution Consulting Intern, you will support projects that will help you to gain an understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud, the Solution Consulting organization, and the way in which we engage with our customers. You will develop fundamental key business, analytical, and technical skills while learning the cloud software business in collaboration with a peer-based team. By the end of the summer, you will have completed multiple projects that make an impact on our organization while apprenticing with customer-facing Solutions Consultants in their field work. We aim to develop your skillset across storytelling, presenting, content creation and client-engagement.

Learn more about the Solutions Consulting Role

The Solutions Consulting role is a client-facing role that involves identifying and defining business challenges and objectives through discovery, mapping discovery findings to recommended Adobe solutions, and showcasing a customer’s dream-state when their efforts are powered by Adobe solutions through presentation building and in-product demonstrations. Through these engagements, we demonstrate the value of adopting Adobe Experience Cloud technology throughout the sales cycle and as we build relationships with our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively participate in customer engagements on topics such as customer-centric business discovery, vision mapping and storytelling, solution recommendations, technology roadmap development, hardware sizing, technology architecture planning, and proof of concept execution

  • Work with cross-organizational partners including sales, customer success, digital strategy, product marketing, product management, enterprise architects and solutions architects to develop customer pitches and presentations

  • Learn to connect the dots between the customers’ business problem and Adobe’s solution offering to demonstrate value for the customer and their business

  • Learn the pre-sales software business through classroom-style enablement and in-field apprenticeship

What You Need to Succeed

  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2025 - December 2026

  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September

  • Demonstrated interest in business strategy, digital marketing, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Passion for new knowledge, curious, resourceful, and able to both absorb concepts quickly and dive deeper into concepts that are unknown to figure out more

  • You enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends

  • You are energetic, driven, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work
