Job description

What success looks like in this role:

  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. 
  • Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures. 
  • Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. 
  • Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action. 
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships. 
  • Normally receives general instructions on moderately complex work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Supports the LTI administration process, including but not limited to: maintains and updates LTI database with vendor, prepares reports and performance analyses, supports the annual long-term incentive award decision process with respect to leadership reports, grant agreements, new grant Exeloads, system reports and takeaways, taxation withholding impact reporting and collaboration with global payroll partners, new country integration while keeping current on existing local country treatment, managing off-cycle new hire award process, share utilization/reconciliation and dilution rate tracking, performance-based valuations, budget compliance, management of the share pool tracking approved by the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Unisys Board of Directors, preparation and processing of vesting, SEC-related transaction filings, etc.
  • Maintains all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all LTI-related activities, including point-of-contact for specific compliance and audit projects.
  • Primary point-of-contact for resolution of data-driven questions from participants and internal partners with respect to the long-term incentive program.
  • Manages data and prepares SEC-required tables and footnotes for the annual Proxy and CD&A submission in advance of the annual stockholder meeting, along with an understanding of data applicable for respective fields; comfortable reaching out for help and questions if need support.
  • Participates in other ongoing and ad hoc executive compensation and global rewards projects and analyses as requested.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  •  Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to thrive with some level of ambiguity and organization complexity.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with a high-level of accuracy and a critical eye for detail.
  • Applies critical thinking to analyze data/reports and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Leverages multiple sources of information, including qualitative, quantitative, and other research and trend data to identify and address problems while working in partnership across functions.
  • Works under general supervision receiving periodic process checks by leadership.
  • Stong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel (pivot tables, databases, formulas).
  • Ability to take direction and manage projects both collaboratively and independently.
  • Exceptional formatting and presenting compensation data, adjusting presentation style and altitude by audience segment; excellent process, planning/organizational skills.
  • Business acumen, integrity and utmost discretion.
  • Prior vendor management experience is a plus.
