Sales Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, support, and execute standardized sales management processes
  • Drive revenue and Design Win tracking/forecasting in collaboration with the sales team and sales operations team globally
  • Monitor target setting and controlling
  • Generate actionable analysis to improve sales in designated accounts, market segments and products
  • Lead project teams and serve as team member for special projects to drive continuous improvement and the team’s performance
  • Create a solid working relationship between AMEC team and Global teams
  • Aggregate data related to supply and manufacturing chain to create a single source of truth to allow for accurate planning and supply
  • Support sales regions to meet monthly / quarterly / annual sales goals established by Management
  • Train sales teams and new sales team members on processes and relative tools (Spotfire, o9, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Own regional forecast process for designated accounts/segments, in collaboration with Sales
  • Provide direction and solutions on process improvements
  • Act as point of contact for customer change requests
  • Act as focus for field and customers in dealing with relevant functional departments, i.e., commercial marketing, logistics, and demand planning; in-person reviews with key accounts/segments

Skills/Competencies

Hard Skills

  • Prefer BS/MS in Finance or related field
  • MBA a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales operation support, preferably within semiconductor or electronics industry
  • Sound acumen in working with and interpreting numbers
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word and other relevant systems and dashboards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Sound understanding of the Semiconductor industry with a technical background a bonus
