Recognised as AWS's Rising Star Partner of the Year for 2023 in EMEA and 2022 in the UK&I, we’re expanding globally with new offices in South Africa and Dubai, a strong presence in the Philippines, and our HQ in the UK.

We’ve managed hundreds of cloud migrations, architectural projects, cost optimisations, and support services for a diverse range of customers, from start-ups to public sector organisations.

As an AWS Advanced Partner, we enhance IT experiences for clients across various sectors. If you're ready to make a difference and join an exciting journey with Cloud Bridge and AWS, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who will play a strategic role within our sales organisation, providing essential administrative and procedural support to empower our sales team. • Support customer follow-ups, SLA attainment, and internal coordination to align teams on customer needs.

  • Facilitate sales reporting, tracking SLA adherence, and ensuring internal teams are equipped with deal context for timely customer responses.
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics to support management in decision-making.

  • Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and expansion projects.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation activities and execute outreach initiatives.

5. Sales Documentation and Project Feedback

  • Ensure all internal sales documentation is up to date, accessible, and reflects the latest information on processes and service offerings.
  • Maintain ongoing updates for live projects by collecting and incorporating real-time feedback across teams, ensuring accurate tracking and visibility for stakeholders.

6. Sales Process Administration

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Cloud Bridge’s internal sales processes for core customer service offerings.
  • Act as subject matter expert and administrator of sales tools and associated processes (HubSpot, Cognism, Sales Navigator, Amazon Partner Network) so they are effectively utilised to maximise sales efficiency.

7. Sales Funding/Rebate Administration

  • Provide administrative support for sales rebates and funding programmes, ensuring compliance with guidelines and proper documentation.
