We're seeking a Regional Aftersales Lead (RAL) to spearhead our efforts in Sweden. This is a full remote position with extensive travel across Sweden and Norway. As the Regional Aftersales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive service in Europe. Your responsibilities will range from nurturing relationships with service partners to ensuring top-notch customer experiences throughout their ownership journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture partnerships with service providers to promote GM brands and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Champion a customer-first approach by leveraging insights to elevate ownership and support experiences.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards to deliver premium customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Set clear objectives and work cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Adapt strategic plans to changing market dynamics with strong business acumen.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in automotive field sales or aftersales roles.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about the automotive industry.
  • Skilled in synthesizing diverse information into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Native proficiency in Swedish and Norwegian; fluent in English.
  • Valid driving license.
