Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop Price coordinators and the overall team

  • Maintain complete and accurate price lists for customers worldwide

  • Ensure 100% worldwide price availability

  • Owner of pricing customer master data

  • Ensure proper filing of various types of price agreements according to pricing policy

  • Ensure data quality for out Configure Price Quote platform

  • Adapting customer’s RFQs into internal price formats.

Key tasks

  • Own price master data in ERP system,

  • Ensure adequate processes related to price maintenance are established, improved and followed

  • Identifying and implementing pricing process efficiencies across geographies and segments.

  • Cooperating with IT on ERP system development and suggesting adjustments to improve functionality

  • Solve escalations

  • Suggest process improvements ideas in the quote to order process.

Required education, experience and job-related skills

  • An educational background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or Business - A Bachelor degree

  • Process excellence

  • Relevant work experience

  • Team / People Management Experience is a must

  • Strong financial and analytical skills

  • Ability to structure, analyse and communicate findings of a large amount of data in a timely manner

  • Superuser in MS Office and especially Excel.

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
