Position: Assistant Transportation Manager
As an Assistant Transportation Manager, you'll embody our commitment to safety and customer service. You will oversee operations, manage daily activities, and supervise staff to ensure financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight and day-to-day management.
- Inspire and motivate staff to achieve positive results.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to drive success.
- Maintain a client-focused mindset in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in transportation.
- Proven ability to meet performance metrics.
- Background in financial, strategic, and operational analysis.
