Your Missions:
Office Management & Employee ExperienceEnsure that every employee feels fully invested in their work environment while guaranteeing the smooth operation of the office. Manage coordination with service providers (reception, maintenance, security) and ensure impeccable organization of workspaces, mail, and supplies.
Animation and EventsInfuse a positive dynamic by proposing regular activities and events to strengthen team belonging. Organize key moments in the office: afterworks, celebrations, onboarding of new arrivals with welcome kits and badges.
Cross-Functional Projects and Continuous ImprovementActively participate in the continuous improvement of our work environment by collaborating with teams on projects for layout, decoration, and branding of the office. Ensure rigorous tracking of the allocated budget and manage quarterly reporting to ensure budget compliance.
Your Scope:
Office Management, Office Animation, Event Management, and Project Coordination.
Within the Corporate team, you will work daily with our internal communication and HR teams to promote a strong company culture and engage every employee in local initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:Versatility and Technical Expertise: Proven experience in office and event management in a dynamic environment.
Fluid Communication and Engagement: Ability to relay information clearly and confidentially in both French and English.
