Overview:

PositionAccounting Clerk

 

Pay: $19 - $25/hr. D.O.E.

LocationU.S. Remote

 

Position Summary: The Accounting Clerk will provide support to the Accounting department with a variety of general accounting operations as needed and directed. Primary responsibilities include financial record keeping and miscellaneous clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry. This position is an active and productive office environment.

  2. Verify accuracy in invoices and records
  3. Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  4. Responsible for check requests forms
  5. Copying and filing
  6. Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:

  1. Must have strong competency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  2. Must have accuracy and attention to detail
  3. Must have great communication and organizational skills
  4. Ability to work with people at all levels

Desired Education/Experience:

  1. Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
