Mission

Ensure accurate and timely accounting reporting, analysis, and compliance, supporting the company's financial health and strategic decision-making

What you will do

  • Support the process of parameterizing accounting and financial software, as well as conducting successful operational tests.

  • Preparation of weekly supplier reports.

  • Accounting for supplier invoices and credit notes.

  • Preparation of weekly partner reports.

  • Accounting for partner invoices and credit notes.

  • Reconciliation of credit card statements and payroll reimbursements, as well as obtaining weekly supports for expenses with their proper authorizations.

  • Support for tax-related requests (e.g. withholding certificates, PWC responses).

  • Support in internal and external audit processes.

  • Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Capital Markets areas to understand financial needs and provide relevant analysis to support business decisions and improve financial performance

  • Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, reducing the month-end close process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting processing in a medium or large organization.

  • Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, preferably Netsuite)

  • Attention to Detail, high level of accuracy in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.

  • Strong analytical Thinking to run complex financial data analysis and provide actionable insights - and comfort with being challenge

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.

How the hiring process looks like

  • Meet with our recruiter for a 30-minute video chat. We will get to know you better, understand what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you might have about ADDI.

  • Meet with the hiring manager for a 45-minute video chat interview. Here, we will ask you questions about your technical background and basic accounting concepts. You will be able to ask any questions about the culture and how we work at ADDI.

  • Complete a simple technical challenge With this technical challenge, we want to see your technical expertise solving a real-world problem. We expect that you invest 1 hour or less in working on the solution with the HM

  • Meet with our Controller for a 30-minute chat to talk about your skills, interest and deep dive in your accounting knowledge and cultural alignment

  • Meet with one of our founders for a 30-minute chat to talk about the vision of the company, what we are building and how you will contribute to our product.
