Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, 4+ years of payroll experience in government contracts, Solid experience with Deltek Costpoint and ADP Payroll service, Knowledge of Federal and State payroll tax laws, Experience with multi-state tax regulations.
Key responsabilities:
- Maintain Deltek Costpoint Time and Expense module
- Process semi-monthly payroll utilizing Costpoint and ADP
- Reconcile employee benefits and payroll deductions
- File monthly and year-end payroll reports accurately
- Assist audits and represent Payroll Department at orientation
