Job description

We are on the search for an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for driving impactful projects. We’re seeking someone to collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers. You’ll be helping us build capabilities that support our participant recruitment programme, a vital part of our mission. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving successful product delivery across 2 workstreams, shaping the success of this programme. We are looking for someone who has excellent facilitation and coaching skills who can respond quickly to change, thriving in, and helping to make sense of ambiguity bringing collaboration and focus to key workstreams.

Our Future Health will be the UK’s largest ever health research programme, bringing people together to develop new ways to detect, prevent and treat diseases. We are a charity, supported by the UK Government, in partnership with charities and industry. We work closely with the NHS and with public authorities across all nations and regions of the UK.

Our plan is to bring together 5 million volunteers from right across the UK who will be asked to contribute information to help build one of the most detailed pictures we have ever had of people’s health. Researchers will be able to use this information to make new discoveries about human health and diseases. So future generations can live in good health for longer.

  • Outcome-Oriented: Conversations and workshops are your playground. You focus on deliverables that solve real user and business problems.
