  • Leading contract negotiations with local third-party providers to establish effective partnerships that support Bondora’s growth in Lithuania.
  • Compiling comprehensive financial plans and long-term forecasts to guide the market’s growth strategy and ensure ongoing profitability.
  • Serving as the key representative of Bondora, building strong relationships with stakeholders and increasing our brand presence in Lithuania.
What would ensure success in this role?
  •
    • A minimum of three years of experience managing a credit product line or business operations within the consumer credit field in Lithuania or a similar market.
    • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a culture that emphasizes performance and collaboration.
    • Strong experience with Profit and Loss (PnL) oversight, financial forecasting, and data-based decision-making.
    • Confidence in a fast-paced, quantitative environment where goals are clear and deadlines are critical.
    • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Lithuanian to enhance market insights and support customer engagement.
