The Position
As our SDR, you'll be playing a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within Enterprise level of our target customer segments. You understand the impact you'll create on the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the broader sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.
Duties
Build revenue pipeline by setting qualified meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
Conduct proactive research on accounts using LinkedIn and other tools you will be provided.
Profile assigned accounts by developing an understanding of the accounts’ business and technology challenges, opportunities, drivers, and market positioning.
Drive outbound prospecting to generate new logo business opportunities, calling into senior HR leaders, executive leaders and senior finance contacts.
Educate prospective customers on the value of Deel to their workforce.
Support community awareness and education of Deel's solutions and trends across social media channels.
Perform analysis on CRM (Salesforce) to track activities, attend weekly territory forecast meetings and update team on progress of identified activities.
Meet and exceed your defined target of qualified opportunities per quarter.
Requirements
Located in Australia/ New Zealand
3+ year's of previous experience as SDR
You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that generate repeatable success
You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
You've worked at a fast-growing start up and are comfortable with change
