  4. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints effectively, providing prompt resolutions and demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  5. Information Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's database systems.
  6. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, including reservations, operations, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Documentation: Prepare and organize documentation related to bookings, reservations, contracts, and client communications in accordance with company policies.
