We are looking for a talented and dedicated enthusiast to join the newly formed Atcore Platforms & NR Dynamic domain to be the right-hand individual for the Domain Owner on facilitation of meetings and workshops.  Also main areas to capture and gather key improvements to support the teams across the domain to bring transparency and visibility to ways of working and to support growth of dynamic in the Northern Region, through automation and process improvements.  Our service supports the contracting, pricing & reservation service of TUI and also focusing on strategic programmes to support the vision of TUI expanding in the dynamic world.  

  

The IT Change Manager/ Agile Coach is a critical thinker with a keen eye for detail. Actively consulting with domain leadership team and stakeholders, probing to create and communicate a common understanding of the problem that needs solving.  Working within a fast-paced environment, the IT Change Manager/ Agile Coach thinks outside of the box, loves collaborating across teams and is a lifelong learner.  The successful individual will support in areas that need focus and improvement, while supporting management team.

ABOUT THE JOB  

 

  • As an IT Change Manager/ Agile Coach, you will be working with your colleagues within the Domain’s Leadership Team focusing most of your energy on supporting Technology Leads working across the domain in multiple markets.
  • You will use your deep knowledge of and hands on experience with a range of agile, lean and change management practices to help the Leadership and Team Leads to identify how they can further improve their working practices and processes, improve collaboration within and across Teams, and deliver more business value with increased quality and pace. 
  • Being a passionate advocate of modern agile practices and thanks to your excellent facilitation and change management skills you will effectively engage with all levels of management, team leads and teams, developing a good understanding of their context and the challenges they are dealing with.
  • As an experienced coach and a skilful influencer, you will collaborate closely with the Leadership and Team Leads and their teams to help them to experiment with new approaches, techniques, tools and ideas to achieve the agreed OKRs/goals.
  • You will work closely with the End to End and Feature Owners at a Group level to support development of standards and practices for TUI Technology and also to drive adoption of common principles and processes within the Domain.  
  • You adjust flexibly your style, attitude and overall approach based on the specific context, situation or priorities. You never come across as preachy or dogmatic, but you are always clear and vocal about what you believe in. You always drive for ownership and self-organisation at team level. 
  • As a member of the domain-wide Leadership Team, your key responsibility is to the people you support, ensuring that they are growing within their area of expertise, acquiring new skills, doing valuable work, working well together and feeling engaged and supported. Your success is tightly linked to your Leadership and Team Lead’s ability to empower their teams across the domain and to help them continuously increase their delivery, engineering and operational capabilities, quality and pace of delivery.

ABOUT YOU 

 

  • Systems thinker, experienced in improving ways of working and introducing new practices in a large organisation and across multiple teams.
  • Strong process improvement approach using tools at hand to outline areas to focus across the leadership team. 
  • Measurement monitoring to ensure the improvements in place can be tracked and visible using MI tools (I.e. Tableau). 
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to expand on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking. OKRs expertise is valuable.  
  • Adept at understanding complex problems and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Good track record of successfully using requirements to track and communication techniques including workshop facilitation, documentation analysis, interviewing and brainstorming.
  • Support the Domain Owner with facilitation of meetings and workshops – to follow up on key actions for completeness and preparation. 
  • A good understanding of agile/lean delivery methodology, tools and techniques and the development lifecycle including knowledge of Scrum and Kanban. 
  • Passionate about continuous improvement is a must. 
  • Proven track record of driving and supporting organisational change at a team and department level.
  • Excellent situational and cultural awareness. 
  • Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous, a forward proactive thinker and worker with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Confluence and JIRA competencie.
