The Position:

We are looking for a full-time Technical Product Management Analyst responsible for system configuration and enhancement, product lifecycle, process improvement, and operations support. This is an exciting role for an individual who wants to learn new things, enjoys assessing and solving problems, dabbles in technology, and is detail-oriented.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with BA, Dev, QA, and Business teams to create and test new Life, Annuity, and Health products.

  • Engage in all stages of the product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.

  • Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for our administrative systems – LifePRO and Sapiens CoreSuite.

  • Investigate the root cause of incidents in the admin system and implement suitable solutions.

  • Design, develop, and test process enhancements/automation to improve the administration of current products.

  • Monitor Admin System production tickets and communicate resolutions to internal customers within SLA requirements.

  • Assist in semi-annual audits regarding system configuration changes to products and premiums, detailing scope and proving controls.

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports to internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in Premium Rate Adjustment activities.

  • Foster business knowledge and build relationships with various departments within the Company.

  • Adhere to relevant regulations and company policies/guidelines.

  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Communication or a related discipline preferred.

Experience:

  • Advanced Excel and programming skills (VBA, SAS, or SQL) a plus.

  • Prior insurance experience a plus.
