JOB SUMMARY
The PaceMate Clinical Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Recruiting function and be a strategic partner within the organization on a part-time basis. You’ll have the ability to impact hiring strategies from sourcing candidates, coordinating communications, managing the internal process, influencing debriefs and assisting with onboarding. This role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, understanding our unique clinical requirements, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to build a high-performing team. This is a high-volume, full cycle recruiting role in which you will have an immediate impact on the team and on the growth of PaceMate!.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Source candidates from internal and external applicant tracking systems and multiple job boards to acquire the best talent for a multitude of teams and roles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' clinical knowledge, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, reference checks, and other relevant evaluation methods.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions, ensuring a consistent talent pool.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source and attract top clinical talent.
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates going through the hiring process to address questions and keep them engaged.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day interactions between the Clinical and Communication Team and candidates.
  • Use PaceMate’s ATS software to track and document all candidate interactions.
  • Facilitate communications between candidates and hiring managers (scheduling interviews, monitoring pre-employment testing, etc.)
  • Other projects as necessary

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ Years working in a dynamic staffing environment.
  • Ability to read and assess candidate profiles to make accurate, efficient decisions in hiring.
  • Skill to assess hiring manager's requirements in order to find a matching candidate.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools preferred.
  • Desire to work in a startup environment, with proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision.
  • Persistent, go-getter attitude and determination to deliver results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized and strong work ethic.
