Salary Range: INR 45,000 - 50,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2.5 years

Education Requirements: MBA or CA (with background in consulting, statutory, or regulatory compliance)

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager with a strong foundation in government compliance, client management, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who can manage compliance-related tasks with attention to detail and clarity. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and contribute to team operations, policy drafting, and presentation of training materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compliance Management:

    • Ensure all tasks align with statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and integrate them into company policies and procedures.
  2. Client Management:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding compliance and regulatory issues.
    • Address client queries and offer solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  3. Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare detailed reports for partners on compliance activities, policy adherence, and client feedback.
    • Assist in drafting clear, comprehensive policy documents and compliance reports.
  4. Training Material Development:

    • Create presentations and support materials for compliance training programs.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance training sessions.
  5. Policy Drafting & Analysis:

    • Develop, update, and analyze policies related to statutory compliance and internal controls.
    • Assist in implementing procedures based on regulatory frameworks and organizational needs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: MBA or CA qualification.
  • Experience: At least 2.5 years in roles involving compliance, client management, or consulting.
  • Skill Set: Excellent documentation, policy drafting, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and an ability to read and interpret regulatory information.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

  • Reports To: Partners or Senior Management

  • Office Hours: 9.30 to 6.30
