As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies for industry events, customer events, and marketing collaborations. Our goal is to generate qualified leads, enhance brand awareness, and support the sales team in achieving their objectives.


Requirements

Industry Event Marketing:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for industry events to maximize brand visibility and lead generation and handle event logistics.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, internal teams and vendors to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Facilitating event giveaways and collateral
  • Onsite travel as needed
  • Track and measure event performance to optimize future efforts.

Customer Event Management:

  • Plan and execute engaging customer events that strengthen relationships and drive customer loyalty.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee communications.
  • Onsite travel as needed
  • Gather feedback from attendees to improve future events.

Marketing Collaborations:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry publications, websites, and consultants.
  • Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements.
  • Develop joint marketing campaigns to reach new audiences and generate leads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize results.

Webinar Production and Execution:

  • Lead the planning, production, and execution of webinars, both internal and external.
  • Develop engaging webinar content and presentations.
  • Manage webinar logistics, including speaker coordination, technology setup, and attendee registration.
  • Promote webinars through various marketing channels to drive attendance.
  • Analyze webinar performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of industry event marketing, customer event management best practices, and webinar production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and webinar platforms.
