1-year Call Center or Office Experience preferred, 220 or 2044 License required, Florida Personal Lines Insurance knowledge a must, Proficient on Microsoft Office preferred, Completion and/or evidence of CL skills.

- Handle client requests for information and services
- Develop working knowledge of procedures and underwriting philosophies
- Review policies, endorsements and quotations for accuracy
- Assist in preparation of data and inform Team Leader of service problems
