Channel Impact is seeking a non-technical Project Manager to join our team of channel careerists. In this role you’ll work hand-in-hand with our client to develop and manage work-streams in support of the client’s implementation and customer success model. The ideal candidate has a both excellent project management skills along with a strong background in channel partners and marketing.

This is a salaried position with Channel Impact. This remote role is open to candidates within the U.S.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitating the coordination and management of multiple project work-streams, project planning and execution across multiple stakeholders to ensure work is completed on time
• Using your leadership skills, work across the various functions get all of the stakeholders aligned and on the same page
• Roll up your sleeves, to help the client coordinate the many moving parts associated with each project work stream
• Provide operational support to work-stream leads to define and drive project execution by working with the work-stream team members to define, document, estimate the duration of activities and develop schedules to meet project goals
• Gather content to communicate and publish the meeting minutes / follow-up actions, provide inputs/outputs into any executive reporting cadence/s as needed
• Ensure all dashboards reflect current state updates

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Certified Scrum Master or Project Management Professional
• Experience working within Jira and Smartsheet
• Experience with channel partners
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Customer success experience (a plus)
• Worked in a high-tech environment for a large technology firm
• You’re a true leader that is process-driven, has the ability to wear multiple hats, and can provide strategic input so the client can evaluate priorities, understand progress, issues and challenges, and know when to escalate
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of integrity and reliability
• Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized and responsive
• Straightforward and clear communicator, able to write, present, and speak for action
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels
• Exceptional team player with the ability to develop and foster cross-functional relationships, willing to go the extra mile when needed
• Consistent follow-through and accountable on projects, does not get easily frazzled
• Customer service, super positive, "can-do" attitude
• BA or BS Degree
