Job description

CRM Business Analyst - Remote

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus Plan

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holidays, 401k

Job Type: Full-Time

Typical Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CT, Mon-Fri

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: up to 6x per year to Chicago, IL

CRM Business Analyst Description


Our client is looking for a CRM Business Analyst to join their team in the United States. You will be responsible for writing comprehensive user stories, conducting client meetings to obtain the true scope of work, writing scripts, conducting tests, and training users. To be successful in this role, you must have 3+ years as a business analyst, be a strong team player who is self-motivated, and have the ability to communicate the importance of clean and consistent data to operational users. CRM Business Analyst Responsibilities


• Evaluate systems to identify areas for improvement

• Continuously review processes and develop strategies for optimization

• Act as subject matter expert for each client project

• Train users on completed CRM systems

• Write and perform tests on scripts

• Work cross-functionally with developers and project managers to ensure client satisfaction

• Explain technical and functional concepts to non-technical users to aid decision-making

• Create documentation for systems, business requirements, user manuals, and training materials

• Configure, personalize, troubleshoot, and provide support for the CRM application

• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor their progress

• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables

• CPG Industry experience required
