Project/Program Manager - Global Services

The Chainalysis Global Services Team drives education and mastery of cryptocurrency technology and Chainalysis products throughout the ecosystem. The Project/Program Manager will play a key role in the Global Services team, driving the successful execution of initiatives to deliver Chainalysis products and services globally. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic environments and can seamlessly manage cross-functional teams. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the company’s high standards of excellence.

In This Role, You’ll

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the Global Services team
• Define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
• Identify resource needs, manage project budgets, and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders to communicate project status, manage expectations, and escalate issues as necessary
• Oversee cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring each team member understands their roles and responsibilities
• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that progress is tracked, and any issues are resolved swiftly to keep projects on track
• Lead regular project meetings, ensure timely delivery of key milestones, and adapt plans as necessary to address any changes in scope or priorities
• Identify and mitigate risks and potential roadblocks, ensuring proactive problem-solving strategies are in place
• Provide leadership and support to the project teams in the resolution of complex project challenges
• Continuously review and improve project management processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies and tools to standardise the approach to project delivery across Global Services
  
  

We’re Looking For Candidates Who Have

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure clear, concise updates on project progress
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to manage change
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking initiative and ownership over project deliverables
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Nice To Have Experience

• Proven track record in project management, especially within the SaaS, software, or technology sectors
• Implementation or rolling out a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool across teams
• Leading cross-functional teams and managing global projects with multiple stakeholders
• Working in customer-facing projects, ensuring deliverables meet customer needs and expectations
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and familiarity with cryptocurrency services is a plus
