Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $20.87 - $31.25/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Dealertrack is hiring for a Senior Business Services Specialist to join our team in Sacramento, CA!
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM PST
Under general supervision, the primary functions of this job could include the following:
- Completing collateral packets, including stamping and signing of titles and documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, processes, reports, and complaints.
- Manage client records and reports.
- Resolve escalated issues.
- Evaluate processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; or 7 years’ experience in a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Data entry skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
What We Look For (Preferred):
- Knowledge of DMV titling and/or registration
- Working knowledge of consumer lending within a financial institution
- Knowledge of company proprietary software
Workplace Environment:
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens that may lead to eyestrain.
- Variable shifts for Day, Evening, Part-Time and Full-Time which can include Saturdays.
- Ability to lift or push up to 35 pounds.
