As our Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our leaders and employees in achieving BioRender objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be a strategic partner to leaders in one of our functional areas (GTM or EPD) to support their team's high performance and growth culture

  • You’ll support the workforce planning process, ensuring we grow to meet future business needs in a scalable way 

  • You’ll work closely with the Talent team on hiring

  • You’ll own key HR programs (which may include: employee onboarding, feedback, performance management cycle, and recognition)

  • You’ll coach and guide managers through employee relations concerns

  • You’ll be focused on growing our career ladders and development programs

  • You’ll own HR policy development and compliance

  • You’ll use key HR metrics to identify areas of improvement and advise on all aspects of your role

What you bring to the table:

  • You have demonstrated experience (5+ years) as an HR Partner in a similar role and start-up tech environment 

  • You must have a strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across Canada (and the US ideally)

  • You easily build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization

  • You are a true first principles thinker, using data and creativity to problem-solve

  • You are obsessed with ensuring our workforce has an amazing experience at BioRender

  • You are a strong and concise communicator, both written and verbal

  • You are resilient and thrive in a growing startup environment
