Your future team

Our Partner Programs team is looking for a driven and highly adaptable individual to join our growing team of Specialization Program Managers. The Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in channel ecosystems and technology. We build programs to enable our Partners to stand out in a competitive market, driving revenue growth and aligning with Atlassian strategic objectives.

You will report to our Specialization Program Team Lead. Here, you'll develop, launch, and manage partner Specialization Programs that inspires Atlassian partner, customers, and teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing success of key Partner Specialization Programs tailored to specific solution areas, ensuring achievement of our primary objectives.
  • Implement essential updates and/or changes to the systems and processes for Atlassian Partners concerning a particular solution area.
  • Analyze market trends, gather customer and partner insights, and align with the overarching corporate business strategy to bring Partner Specializations to market.
  • Establish a cohesive alignment among all Solution Partners engaged in the solution area and the Atlassian channel team.
  • Implement and lead the successful launch of Go-To-Market Plays in alignment with Specialization Programs for the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the planning and execution of launches and ongoing operations of Specialization Programs are running as expected.
  • Create internal and external program collateral to clearly identify the benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing that support programs globally.
  • Manage the launch, communication, and change management for your focused Specialization Programs.
  • Establish key results to measure the success of channel programs.
  • Collaborate with Channel Operations, Marketing, Sales, Partner Managers, Finance, Revenue, and technical teams at all levels within the company to help identify, design, and implement business processes necessary to implement successful Specialization Programs globally.


Your background

  • 6+ years of experience in channel programs, product marketing, channel marketing, or sales
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience
  • Background in marketplace, channel partner business models and channel program management
  • Success with a track record in messaging/positioning, program management, and broad execution capabilities.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $164,300 - $219,100

Zone B: $147,900 - $197,200

Zone C: $136,400 - $181,900

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
