About The Team:

The Medical Affairs department is dedicated to driving post-market research and publication strategy. The Medical Affairs department is also responsible for disseminating information to the medical community and building Noah's scientific and clinical reputation. All of this will be achieved through a strong rapport with the medical community and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

A Day In The Life Of Our Director of Medical Affairs:

  • Provides leadership, strategic planning, direction, and implementation of the post-market publication plans and execution
  • Maintains a professional and credible image with physicians, professional societies, consultants, vendors, and co-workers.
  • As the clinical and medical expert on the company products, builds relationships and establishes rapport with KOLs.
  • Establishes, builds, and develops the Medical Affairs group and establishes clear goals for the department that tie in to the broader company objectives.
  • Serves as the scientific resource to internal and external stakeholders. Deliver clinical and scientific presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Collaborates with marketing and sales teams in coordinating the development of the claim matrix
  • Has strong performance-based management skills to build organizational and scientific capabilities.
  • Attends national medical conferences to engage in discussions with attendees

About You:

  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline, MD or Phd is preferred
  • At least 8 years of medical device experience working in the medical affairs department
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in driving publication planning and execution
  • Experience in building and managing teams is desired
  • Strong analytical skills in analyzing scientific data and identify complex problems
  • Clinical trial design and management experience is desired
  • Travel expectations 70%
