Job description

ShopMy is a platform used to effortlessly integrate all aspects of creator marketing, from talent discovery to brand collaboration and monitoring. The world’s leading brands have established robust creator marketing programs with us because we enable brands to discover new creators, execute gifting campaigns, provide commissionable codes, and manage communications all in one (beautiful) place.

Additionally, ShopMy has attracted the attention of today’s most popular talent- These creators utilize ShopMy to build digital storefronts from a catalog of millions of products, chat directly with top brands via ShopMy’s mobile app, and generate commissionable links for their audience. To date, ShopMy creators have earned tens of millions in commissions.

About the role… 

ShopMy’s Affiliate team works with the Creator Success team, and is responsible for overseeing all brands that work with ShopMy in an affiliate-only capacity. Affiliate partners extend ShopMy a commission rate (which creators can access) and facilitate affiliate tracking. Unlike our Brand Partners, these brands are not paying for a monthly package to access our platform’s full set of features and white glove service. As a Senior Associate, Affiliate, you’ll be a crucial member of our team, managing affiliate activities and maintaining partnerships to drive growth and ensure smooth operations. This role will support paid placement reporting, affiliate maintenance, and commission management, among other responsibilities.

 

Roles and responsibilities…

  • Reporting and Analysis: Track paid placements and performance, helping the team to highlight areas for growth and optimization.
  • Application and Program Management: Manage affiliate program applications, including follow-up and status tracking.
  • Affiliate Program Expansion: Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and areas for program growth.
  • Maintenance and Support: Oversee affiliate communications, ensure tracking, reporting, and payment processes are efficient and accurate.
  • Creator Inquiry Investigation: Use knowledge of affiliate networks and partnerships to help collaboratively investigate creator questions about commission and order tracking.
  • Commission and Order Tracking: Monitor commission payouts and maintain accuracy in order processing.
